The building is situated immediately adjacent to the scenic Elora Cataract Trail (from which the building gets its name) and is deeply connected to the natural landscape. provided Architectural services for interior tenant improvements within the facility including for the Upper Grand Family Health Team, Trailside Pharmacy, Grand River Physiotherapy, and other specialists.

Response

Comprised of structural steel and glued-laminated heavy-timber framing and clad in rough-cut stone masonry, the building represents a modern interpretation of the local architectural vernacular.
